You do not have to limit yourself to layouts.
For our prompt challenges - think of layouts - or cards - or art journalling or a canvas - you don't have to limit yourself to a scrapbook layout!
For our sketches: Interpret any way you'd like - make sure the sketch is somewhat recognizable! Feel free to make a tag, a card, or to art journal - even an altered item!!
